What's going on in my background?

I chose this picture as the background to my blog because it is a pencil drawing of the interior of a mosque, and I sensed that it said things about me:

1) I felt it was able to depict the idea that I am fond of art and drawing. Also, it communicates that I enjoy trying at my creativity and personalizing what is mine. I hope to, as time passes, become even more creative with my blog by experimenting with fonts, sizes, and colors.

2) Like I mentioned in my previous post, this being an Islamic structure, it is especially meaningful to me.

  1. Hi Obaid!
I read your post about the meaning behind your blog name and it's very creative and thoughtful. You mentioned that you were passionate about art, so I was wondering if you drew your blog background yourself? I'm getting nostalgic. I actually used to oil paint but I haven't picked up a brush in years.

    1. No, I actually didn't draw it, probably should have clarified that lol

  2. I love this, Obaid. Do you draw? Maybe you'll share some of your drawings with us.

    1. I do enjoy drawing. Lately I have been trying to improve my skills by watching YouTube videos and go beyond basic pencil sketching. Maybe I will share some of those videos and my drawings!
